A large group of participants from all over the community came down to participate in our annual women’s self defense workshop this Thursday. Our forms team kicked off the event with a brief demonstration. We then discussed crime and prevention strategies and practiced self defense skills with hands on training sessions. A big thanks to all of our participants and helpers!
